- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Overall a decent DMV, not a long wait time, which is really nice. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to the mistake that happened with my daughter's application. The DMV employee gave her paperwork to another person. Very, very upsetting. This has her SS#, address, DOB, and her full name. Hoping the person they did give it to is an honest person and doesn't steal her info. Still very upset about all of this. Your identity is the only thing you have that is yours, but, now her identity could be someone's also!!!!By Brittany McCoy, March 10, 2017

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came to this location to get my daughter I'd, and unfortunately we missed one document, so we get everything together and came back days later, after calling them and asked for their schedules and also reviewed the webpage, both said the closing time was 5pm, we arrived at 4:38 pm and they didn't want to help us, the lazy lady who was at the reception said they stopped giving numbers at 4:30 pm, but they didn't say that when we call, there isn't any message on the web page either in the building, so mad, just loosing time and gas, incredibly customer services like always in this department....By Shelly Reyes, November 14, 2016
