  Really sad that this bank can just put a hold on a payroll check for TWELVE DAYS and not give you any money until they feel like giving you your own money! Hold a check for 12 days for no reason, really sad customer service. No one at the bank will tell you anything except call the number, not helpful with buying food.

  Basic checking is on par with most banks. What I didn't appreciate was the nickle-and-diming me for minor stuff, like charging me me for 3 temporary checks. Also, they said they offer free notarization of documents, but then strongly suggested I go somewhere else (that charges) so they don't tie up their sale people (sorry, "bankers").

  Great service however they would have gotten a five star but... let's just say don't try to call. Just go in. Third time in a week I've tried to call but never got an answer. They should also have a message or call back system. Other then this I'm vary happy with my service.

  I have never had any issues with Chase Bank, they always deposit my money with no holds and the banker I have is amazing! Also, big plus for new bankers they instant issue your debit cards, so you don't have to wait for them in the mail!
